I searched for my Tumblr’s oldest entry. I went through pages and pages of my blog. Then I saw a post and I realized that since high school I have this weird thing of knowing when I’m gonna get called by my teacher or professor. Especially when I’m the first to recite of all my classmates.
I know it when I don’t feel nervous.
Third year: Sonnet-reading activity. I really sensed that I was the first to read. And yes, I read my sonnet:
“Move not, please do not be tired of waiting
I’ll love thee, until my heart stops beating.”
Hahahaha.
First year college: It happened twice or thrice, I think? One was in Hum1 class. My prof’s student assistant was picking through papers of names. I wasn’t nervous or anxious and I knew before I was called that I was gonna recite in front of the large class.
Weird. Do you have the same “sense of knowing”?
Of course. I’m reeaaaally nice. Haha. Hi Alex!
